Our Process

Offering You Accessibility

Whether you are planning a new home or need to access other floors in a current building, Port City Elevator can take you to the next level. We offer you great service and accessibility for you and your home or business. From our initial contract through the servicing process, we will take hands-on approach to ensure your goals are met. As a premier local provider, customers have the ability to contact any member of our team that is associated with their project. Every job we encounter has its own set of challenges, but we can break each job into four stages:

Design:

Our dedicated sales team will listen to your specific job requirements and offer several solutions based on your needs and goals. After establishing the correct product is specified, we will evaluate the jobsite conditions. At this time, we will be working in conjunction with a number of tradesmen to make sure the installation goes off as planned.

Installation:

In the installation process, the weeks and effort of planning will come to fruition. Our well-trained installation team will deliver the equipment and begin the installation the same day. Our team will show up with the appropriate tools and items to protect other areas of your home or building while the installation is in process. Depending on the equipment being installed 2-4 days will be required.

Staging:

At this point in the process, your equipment will be manufactured based on all the jobsite evaluations and communications with the appropriate trades. Routine jobsite visits will continue to verify that the equipment will be installed in an environment that is required and meets all building codes. Once the jobsite is ready for the equipment to be installed, it will be delivered and the installation process will begin.

Servicing:

Once the installation and all required inspections are complete, a member of our team will go over the correct and safe operation of your new equipment. At this time routine maintenance practices will be reviewed as well. Should you have any questions after this meeting, feel free to contact any member of our team to assist you.
